With recycling collection occuring every other week, remembering when to put out your recycling cart can be confusing. Is it this week or next week? Is my neighbor correct? We can help! Norfolk residents that are part of the curbside collection of their recyclables can receive an email reminder to let them know when to place their cart at the curb.
